Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all Kaprang tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
